CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury trial for two men accused of a deadly shooting in the parking lot of the Maple Heights Giant Eagle, is scheduled to begin Tuesday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Maple Heights police said Anthony Butler and Derick Robinson shot Timothy Kappenhagen, 28, as he was loading groceries into his car around 1:40 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2025.
