Jacksonville’s Mandarin neighborhood is getting a new deli focused on fresh bagels, smoked lox and pastrami.
Bell and Layton’s Delicatessen and Provisions is preparing to open at 10140 San Jose Boulevard, in the former Player’s Grille space.
The 5,094-square-foot shop is the project of business partners Brian Bell and Will Layton, who spent months looking for a location for the concept.
