San Antonio, Texas — SAN ANTONIO — The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help finding a convicted felon accused of choking a woman twice during a domestic violence incident.
Rudy Barbosa, 45, is wanted on a federal arrest warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of his supervised release. He also has an active Bexar County warrant for third-degree felony assault of a household member by impeding breathing or circulation.
