A Falls Church man convicted of shooting an e-bike rider during a road rage incident in Fairfax County faces up to 23 years in prison after agreeing to plead guilty to two felonies, prosecutors said.
Milad Attai, 26, pleaded guilty to malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony following the conclusion of the prosecution’s case during trial, according to the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
