A proposed residential subdivision could bring approximately 80 new housing lots to a property along Chemawa Road North in Keizer, adding to the city’s ongoing development activity.
The project, identified as Backus Estates in application materials, would divide approximately 5.15 acres at 1171, 1191 and 1201 Chemawa Road North into smaller residential lots.
