VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Clark County election officials say they’re looking into reports that some mailed ballots may have been mistakenly returned to voters.
Clark County Auditor Greg Kimsey says they got an email Monday morning from someone saying that ballots were being returned, despite being mailed in the official envelope.
