Helping people navigate property transactions is everyday work for Jeannette Pennington and Erika Junkins. This October, the mother-daughter team behind Laurel Land Transfer reached a property milestone of their own: purchasing the Camp Hill building where their business operates.
Through their related real-estate holding company, JED Legacy LLC, the owners completed the acquisition of 2309 Market Street on October 15, 2026. The purchase moves their locally owned, woman-owned business from leased space to a location they control- and gives them the opportunity to build equity in a long-term asset.
