JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The manager of Paxon Liquor and Lounge said people gathering near the business and playing loud music are not necessarily its customers, as neighbors complain about late-night noise and cars parking in their yards.
The manager invited News4JAX to see the area on a weekend. The lounge’s parking lot was full, and several cars were parked across the street at a gas station with loud music playing. At one point, a television appeared to be playing a video in the back of an open trunk.
