PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Ferrari was stuck in standing water in Manalapan on Tuesday as king tides and strong winds flooded coastal roads and powerful surf damaged the Juno Beach Pier.
Water spread across South Ocean Boulevard near Eau Palm Beach.
