A new $35.5 million, 208-unit apartment community, called Verot Apartments, is coming soon to 2832 Verot School Road in Lafayette, Louisiana, at the former Dax on Verot restaurant property.
Being developed by New Orleans-based Key Real Estate Company, the new apartment community will consist of nine residential buildings that range from two to three stories. The project will also include a standalone 6,500-square-foot clubhouse.
