The new French Quarter oyster bar and restaurant Holywater is such a good fit for the neighborhood that it’s no surprise the owners have New Orleans in their DNA.
Alec and Miles Pincus grew up in the Quarter before their family moved to Lakeview. Their dad managed the Royal Orleans and Monteleone hotels while they were growing up, and their mom started New Orleans Famous Praline Co. They founded their restaurant company Crew in New York, and now they’ve brought it back to New Orleans.
