Tropical moisture from the Pacific is increasing the chance of rain across the San Antonio region on Tuesday, October 27. According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the gray clouds could linger through the latter half of the workweek.
Forecasters say portions of the Coastal Plains and areas between I-35 and I-37, south of the San Antonio metro, have a 20 to 60% chance of showers today, mainly before 1 p.m. The NWS’s forecast discussion states that most of the action will be limited to the Edwards Plateau and western Hill Country. A map on the agency’s website shows isolated storms forming near Hondo, La Grange, Pearsall, and Pleasanton.
