ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man who shot two innocent bystanders in a busy restaurant parking lot is now heading to prison.

What started as a trip to grab a bite to eat led to a man and a woman being shot in a Rudy’s parking lot. One of those victims spoke in court Tuesday, asking the judge to go easy on the man who shot her. “I don’t think Emilio deserves 14 years. I don’t think he deserves it at all.
