SANFORD, Fla. — Nearly 10 years after retiring, longtime Seminole County educator Rebekah Richey is still making a difference at her former school.
Richey is the founder of Nanas, Papas and Friends, a volunteer program at Goldsboro Elementary Magnet in Sanford that connects students with family members and community volunteers who spend time reading with them.
