CHICAGO, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul, along with 20 other state attorneys and the Federal Trade Commission, has filed a lawsuit against Dollar General for “engaging in long-running deceptive pricing practices.”
