The University of Louisville will no longer be making the existing Clubhouse Apartments into student housing.
Board of Trustees’ June meeting minutes obtained by The Louisville Cardinal revealed that due to “unanticipated structural conditions,” as well as the high renovation costs, the university would not move forward with the rebuild.
