The land along Johnston Street that most recently housed Acadiana Bicycle Co. has been sold to a Lake Charles group that will build a gas station on the property.
An LLC registered to Sukhdev Thind and Satnam “Bobby” Singh with Friends Construction of Lake Charles bought the 3.16-acre property at 4617 Johnston St. for $1.7 million, land records show.
