Drivers and other defendants who paid a Special Deterrent Fee to the City of Overland, Missouri can collect a flat $80 if they file a claim by Nov. 24, 2026. The fee was tied to plea agreements in Overland’s municipal court, and the money comes from a class settlement a St. Louis County court has already approved.
