SCHENECTADY — GE Vernova is purchasing a German maker of high-voltage electrical grid equipment for $9 billion, the company announced on Wednesday.
The company that GE Vernova is acquiring is Trench Group of Berlin. The deal is expected to immediately add to GE Vernova’s bottom line.
