BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (WTVG) – Nichole Dorsey walked into a Home Depot nearly a month ago. Her bank statement shows a charge of more than $4,000. She says the store told her the transaction was canceled.
Dorsey’s house has plywood covering every window opening. The only light comes in through the front and back doors. It is cold in the back of the house, so Dorsey and her 11-year-old grandson keep that door shut.
