Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services sold Sunair Products Inc.’s original headquarters in northeast Fort Worth, Texas, closing out a triple play for the global firm and opening the door for another company to more than double in size.
Sunair has parted with a 22,030-square-foot office/warehouse on 1.03 acres at 2329 Solona St. in Haltom City, where it has grown from a startup in the late 1980s into a leading corporation with customers in 40 countries and a European division in The Netherlands. The buyer is Firstex Industries Inc., which will be moving from Grand Prairie in the near future.
The sale marks Clardy’s third transaction this year for Sunair, a wholesale distributor of air conditioning components for commercial and residential sectors.
