An Albany-area resident who received an early-morning security camera alert spotted a man trying to get into his vehicle, then watched as the man moved on to a neighbor’s car, police said.
The Highland Avenue resident called Colonie police around 4 a.m. Wednesday and continued watching the man until officers arrived, police said.
Officers arrested Peter J. Marshall, 39. Police said he was carrying property stolen from a vehicle on Highland Avenue, as well as other items investigators believe were taken in earlier thefts from unlocked vehicles…
