For more than a decade, a Bakersfield homeowner has been turning his house into a free Halloween scare tour, spending months building it out and still adding last-minute details right up to opening weekend.
Andrew Binning begins building his Binning Manor scare tour in July with the goal of finishing by October. Even after it is ready for Halloween, he adds more last-minute touches before Saturday.
