LILLINGTON, N.C. (WNCN) — A woman is facing federal charges connected to falsely claiming citizenship and illegally voting in 2024. Agents with Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI took Patricia Elena Valencia Cardona into custody Wednesday morning in Harnett County.
