Kentwood-based Cascade Engineering broke ground on a 300,00-square-foot warehouse in the 5600 block of East Paris Avenue Southeast within the 60th Street Industrial Park.
The new facility will house 100 employees and serve as a centralized hub for inventory, shipping, receiving, and material management. The company says by consolidating operations under one roof, it expects to create a more connected operating environment supporting efficiency and collaboration.
Cascade Engineering President Eric Van Namen stated, “This facility gives us the opportunity to simplify our logistics network, improve the flow of materials across our operations, and create a more efficient and scalable platform for growth.
