(KRON) — The suspect in a deadly Oakland hit-and-run that left an elderly man dead earlier this month has turned himself in to police. The Oakland Police Department announced Thursday that it had arrested a suspect in the Oct. 3 incident that left 81-year-old Eugene Lynch dead.
