MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Arnold Caso, who was born in New Jersey, was living at the Jamaica Motel in Miami’s Flagami neighborhood. Records show he told deputies that he was unemployed and homeless.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Caso, 56, on Tuesday at the motel along Tamiami Trail, between Southwest 46th and 47th avenues, records show.
