A new artisanal café and bakery that opened its doors in August is bringing specialty Colombian coffee, house-baked pastries, and handcrafted breakfast dishes to Oxford.
Salbio Coffee & Bites officially opened for business this summer at 4060 Thomas Street (Suite B01) in Oxford, situated in the Preston Place Business Park on U.S. 301.
The new restaurant features a menu centered on Colombian coffee and a full lineup of traditional espresso drinks, including cortados, macchiatos, cappuccinos, and americanos.
The café also offers signature hot and iced lattes with flavors such as Dulce de Leche, Pistachio, Honey & Cinnamon, and seasonal Pumpkin Spice.
In addition to traditional brews and cold brew, drink offerings include premium Japanese matcha lattes, layered iced fruit matchas, spiced chai, brewed whole-leaf herbal teas, handcrafted sparkling fruit refreshers, blended smoothies, and ice cream-based frappes in mocha, coffee, and dulce de leche flavors…
