EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Drivers should avoid the intersection of Gateway North and Vulcan Avenue due to reports of flooding, police said Thursday.
The El Paso Police Department said at 3:50 p.m., reports of flooding at the intersection came in. The intersection is located in Northeast El Paso off the U.S. 54.
