As of Oct. 29, prosecutors have not yet filed a driving under the influence of intoxicants charge against Oregon Ducks star wide receiver Evan Stewart, according to Springfield Municipal Court records.
Stewart was arrested early morning on Oct. 18 after a Springfield Police Department officer pulled him over and performed a DUII investigation.
