Owner of Manchester Brewing Jason Cooper requested approval from Chelsea City Council on Oct. 19 to begin the application process to transfer the business and brewing license to Chelsea.
“We have been in Manchester for almost two years, and we’ve enjoyed establishing our business in that community, but as the conditions change within our industry and the overall hospitality industry, for our long-term growth, we’ve decided that a relocation is in order,” Cooper said.
