CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids Police investigation alleges a man took nearly $80,000 from his employer.
Jeffrey Garner is accused of credit card fraud and theft and misappropriating funds from Hobart Historic Restoration, a real estate developer in Cedar Rapids.
