O-Ku is preparing to enter the Chattanooga dining scene with a new restaurant at 1400 Broad St., inside the AC Hotel by Marriott. The restaurant’s official website lists the Chattanooga location as “coming soon”, although an opening date has not yet been announced.
The upcoming restaurant will introduce O-Ku’s contemporary approach to Japanese cuisine to downtown Chattanooga. According to the company’s website, the concept brings together traditional Japanese culinary influences and modern dining, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, balanced flavors and carefully prepared dishes.
O-Ku’s existing restaurants feature menus centered on sushi and Japanese-inspired specialties. Guests can find selections such as nigiri, sashimi and specialty sushi rolls, alongside other chef-driven dishes.
