A Christian County Grand Jury issued an indictment against Richard Fisk of Hopkinsville who was involved in car crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on September 15.
The wreck happened near the Circle K gas station on Russellville Road at around 8:30 p.m. According to Hopkinsville Police, Richard Fisk struck 50-year-old Elizabeth Jessup in the middle turning lane as he was attempting to enter the Circle K parking lot. He reportedly claimed that he did not see her prior to the collision.
Jessup was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased…
