For 13 years, Joe Lozano, his son Dominic and other friends and family members have been building a free haunted attraction for the Bakersfield community.
Lozano Haunt is a scare tour open to the public at no cost. This year’s haunt features multiple themed rooms, each dedicated to scenes from movies, including “Sinners” and “Black Phone.”
