CLEVELAND — Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley announced Friday that a grand jury has indicted 26-year-old Tyrelle Taylor for murder in the deadly hit-and-run that killed bicyclist William “Frank” Mays in Ohio City earlier this month.
“We are here today to discuss one of the most disturbing crimes I have witnessed in my 10-year career as your Cuyahoga County prosecutor,” O’Malley said. “I just never have seen anything even like it at all, and never want to see it again.”
