LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WOIO) — People in Lakewood are split over a reported chemical odor, as the Cleveland Division of Air Quality works to find the source.
Lakewood City Councilman Matt Bixenstine said in an Oct. 29 update that the division has received a few dozen complaints from residents over the past week. Reports began last week in the Birdtown neighborhood.
