Erie Mayor Daria Devlin spent Saturday morning connecting with residents during two Walk and Talks along the Bayfront.
The first walk began at Blasco Library, where Devlin and Erie resident Deonte Cooley met with community members for a mile-and-a-half walk to Dobbins Landing and back.
