HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Authorities have issued two additional warrants for inmate Kashien Willis after his ankle monitor was found on the floor inside his residence, according to officials.
Officials said they received a notification around 2:43 a.m. on October 10 that Willis had tampered with his monitor.
