The ramp connecting Interstate 81 southbound to Interstate 481 northbound in Syracuse will temporarily close Monday, Nov. 2, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
The closure is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving work as part of the Interstate 81 Viaduct Project.
Drivers should follow the signed detour to Exit 1B for East Glen Avenue, then travel east on East Glen Avenue, south on East Brighton Avenue and east on Rock Cut Road to reach I-481 northbound…
