BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — A chilly opening to November will rapidly give way to much warmer weather across New York’s Southern Tier, with Binghamton climbing from the mid-30s early Sunday to the lower 70s by Wednesday.
The National Weather Service forecast for Binghamton calls for a high near 63 Sunday, Nov. 1, after temperatures started around 36 degrees. Monday warms to approximately 68, followed by 69 Tuesday and 72 Wednesday, Nov. 4.
