BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Communities across the country, including Baton Rouge, are coming together to call for answers in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells.
A march for answers took place on Sunday, Nov. 1. People met at Scotlandville Plaza at 3 p.m. for a prayer walk and gathering.
