EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Fort Bliss and the 1st Armored Division are entering a new chapter of command following a celebration of promotion.
On Friday, Oct. 30, Maj. Gen. Curtis Taylor was promoted to lieutenant general. Fort Bliss officials said Taylor’s promotion marked “his sustained superior performance as a U.S. Army officer over the length of his career and the increased responsibility that will be in him for his next assignment.”…
