SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Two people were arrested on weapons-related charges following an investigation in Sparks over the weekend, according to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 65-year-old Daniel Harman was arrested on three felony charges, including carrying a concealed firearm without a permit, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a controlled substance.
