CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward for information that will lead to the arrest of a wanted fugitive.
According to NOVFTF, Dachelle Carter, 29, is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police and the U.S. Marshals for vehicular homicide.
