The Annual Marion County Chili Cook-Off will bring a chili competition, car show, and several family activities to the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion this Saturday, with all proceeds from the event benefiting The Cornerstone School.
The 45th Annual Marion County Chili Cook-Off will take place on Saturday, November 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion, which is located at 2232 NE Jacksonville Rd in Ocala.
Presented by The Cornerstone School, the community tradition features a chili competition, a car show, and an expanded family area with inflatables, games, and activities.
The event was established in 1981 by Mike Hill as a fundraiser to help launch The Cornerstone School and has grown into an annual staple drawing over 5,000 visitors.
