MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Two people were arrested after an intellectually disabled man was abused, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says it began an investigation September 11, 2026 of extensive and prolonged abuse of a 41-year-old intellectually disabled man.
