Joliet, IL – Visitors exploring one of Will County’s historic industrial landmarks can now experience its past in a new way, thanks to a recently launched smartphone audio tour at the Joliet Iron Works Historic Site.
According to the Forest Preserve District of Will County, the self-guided experience features 12 stops along the site’s interpretive trail, allowing visitors to discover how the former iron-manufacturing plant helped shape Joliet’s industrial history.
