Reinvest Toledo and One Street at a Time (with technical and legal support from Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE)) have officially launched the Here We Go Again Project. The project aims to tackle the underlying causes of housing instability in low- to moderate-income (LMI) communities.
Located within the grassroots organization One Street at a Time in the ‘Out Stickney’ area of North Toledo, the pilot project is focused on areas that have suffered for years from disinvestment, neglect, and systemic impediments to homeownership and housing security. Reinvest Toledo is the project’s catalyst and community connector, partnering with One Street at a Time and working with ABLE for legal and systems expertise.
