In the Hudson Valley, November is for Thanksgiving, of course, but also for the increasingly popular unofficial holiday of Friendsgiving. While it doesn’t have a set date, the occasion is usually celebrated in the weeks leading up to the late November feast, with gatherings of friends, potluck-style meals, and lots of catching up and connection. The region hosts its own Friendsgiving fun at parties, happy hours, trivia nights, and brunches throughout the month.
